Pin it to win it was a Facebook challenge to find and pin Volkswagens on South African roads using Google Street view. The Objective of this campaign by Volkswagen was to create top of Mind awareness for their brand.
Players were asked to find and pin as many Volkswagens on South African roads as possible over 4 weeks
Result:
413,558 Volkswagens were pinned
and a total of 103,189 scenes were claimed by the players throughout the
competition.
